Job Summary
nPharmacist Inpatient (Critical Care ED Pharmacist) in en_US Located in the emergency department and intensive care unit, this role involves providing specialized pharmaceutical care to critically ill patients. The position requires participation in codes and traumas, with shifts available in the evenings, swing, and potentially day shifts for candidates with rounding experience. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position starting October 12, 2026.
nJob Details
nnRequired Qualifications: Certifications in Board-Certified Critical Care Pharmacist (BCCCP or BCEMP), PGY2 residency in Critical Care or Emergency Medicine, or five years of clinical care experience in ICU and/or emergency department. A minimum of 2 years of related experience. Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in the state where the facility is located.
nPreferred Qualifications: Experience participating in codes and trauma response.
nSchedule: Evenings (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM), swing shift (2:00 PM - 12:30 AM), or day shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) if rounding experience is present; 40 hours per week, with staffing available seven days per week.
nAdditional Information: The role involves onsite clinical pharmacy coverage in the emergency department or ICU, contributing to patient care during critical events. Submission of relevant certifications and licensure is required for consideration.
