Required Qualifications
Kansas State Pharmacist License – Required
RPh – Required
PharmD – Required
BLS – Required
ACLS – Required
All required licenses/certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission
Inpatient/acute-care pharmacy experience preferred
Skills & Experience
Medication dosing
IV preparation
Anticoagulation therapy
High-alert medications
Pharmacokinetic and renal dosing
Pediatric dosing
Therapeutic drug monitoring
Warfarin dosing
IV push medications
Sterile technique
Medication dispensing systems
Pyxis experience
Epic experience
Schedule & Unit Details
Day shift;
shift times may vary
Block scheduling
Weekend coverage every third weekend
Approximately 8 weekend shifts (4 weekends) during the contract
24 hours of orientation
One pre-approved time-off request
Patient population ranges from neonates to geriatrics
Teaching and community hospital experience preferred
