Job description
A 13-week Travel Pharmacist opportunity is available in Utah for an experienced inpatient pharmacist at a community hospital. This role offers a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule with the opportunity to extend.
Position Details
Duration: 13 weeks, with option to extend
Schedule: 2nd shift, 12:30 PM-11:00 PM
Rotation: 7-on/7-off, Wednesday-Tuesday
Systems: Meditech, Pyxis
Responsibilities Verify medication orders and oversee pharmacy operations
Supervise pharmacy technicians
Provide pharmacokinetic support
Consult with physicians and nurses
Perform other standard inpatient pharmacist duties
Requirements: Active Utah pharmacist license
1+ year of inpatient pharmacy experience
