Job description
Samaritan Lebanon is seeking a Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Lebanon, OR. OR licensure required with at least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience. Schedule varies with rotating weekends; 40-hour weeks and 13-week duration.
Assignment starts 10/01/2026 and ends 12/31/2026. Pre-employment drug screening is required; ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications preferred. Competitive benefits are provided.
