Description

American Traveler is seeking an Inpatient Physical Therapist with MA licensure and acute inpatient experience to join an interdisciplinary care team.

Details

Acute inpatient Physical Therapy unit

8-hour day shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM with flexible Saturday hours

40 hours per week over a 13-week assignment

Requirements

MA license required (if applicable)

CPR certification required

Inpatient PT experience required

Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Additional Information

Work as part of an interdisciplinary team performing evaluations, developing care plans, and providing treatment for patients with a wide variety of diagnoses

Provide patient, family, and caregiver education

Complete thorough and timely documentation

Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced acute care environment

Orientation occurs every other week

COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered

Previous Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility

First-time travelers may be considered
