nn In this Travel Registered Nurse position, you will provide high-quality care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing a wide range of interventional radiology and fluoroscopic procedures. You will collaborate with physicians, technologists, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care before, during, and after procedures.n

Job Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Arizona RN license or compact state license acceptedn
Minimum 5 years of nursing experiencen
Interventional Radiology nursing experience requiredn
Critical care experience preferredn
Experience with moderate sedation administration and monitoringn
Strong IV access and patient assessment skillsn
Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergenciesn
Knowledge of sterile technique and procedural workflowsn
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursingn
ADN required; BSN preferredn
BLS and ACLS certifications requiredn
Moderate Sedation Certification/Competency requiredn
Responsibilities
n Provide pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure patient care as an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse
Monitor patients receiving moderate sedation and support safe recoveryn
Assist with interventional and fluoroscopic procedures, including biopsies, drain placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and vascular accessn
Support advanced procedures such as embolization, PICC/central line placement, and oncology-related interventionsn
Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and support staff to deliver efficient patient care in a procedural nursing environmentn
Maintain a calm, patient-focused approach in a fast-paced radiology nursing settingn
Use strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to anticipate patient needsn
Help support the development and growth of an expanding Interventional Radiology service linen
