We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery unit. This position requires a compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional care to patients and their families during childbirth.
Position Details Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience: 2 years required
Responsibilities Utilize nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Monitor patients throughout labor, reporting any concerns to the physician promptly.
Educate patients and their families on the labor process and postpartum care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications Active RN license in the state of practice.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Current BLS and NRP certifications.
Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
