Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Sep 28, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a TX or compact license and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification. Details Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting Night shift schedule, 7P-7A Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted) Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced, or NCCEFM) required Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition certification required Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start No employment gaps of 90 days in the past 12 months Additional Information Provide direct patient care to laboring and delivering patients Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not considered American Traveler Job ID P- . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
