Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.

36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, nights
Employment Type: Travel
Contract / Schedule
Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | 12-hour shifts
Weekends scheduled based on unit needs
Call not required , but available

7-bed LDRP
3rd Floor, Main Building
Staffing: 2 RNs + 1 OB Surgical Tech
Ratios follow AWHONN acuity staffing guidelines
Epic
GE / Centricity Perinatal
Level II NICU – 32+ weeks / 1,500g+
Royal blue scrubs provided
Requirements
1+ year L&D experience
Labor triage experience
OR circulating experience required – C-sections, tubal ligations, D&C, vaginal repairs, etc.
Newborn resuscitation / attending low-risk deliveries
BLS, ACLS, NRP
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required
Typical Procedures / Experience
Labor induction & vaginal deliveries
C-sections
Labor triage & antepartum care
Tubal ligations
D&C and vaginal repairs
NST
IUFD
Betamethasone/steroid injections
External cephalic version
IUPC/FSE placement preferred
Experience assisting with JADA, Cook and Bakri placement preferred
Floating
During low census, may float to work as a PCT as needed.
