We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Labor & Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on the lives of mothers and newborns.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the birthing process.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate and support families during childbirth, addressing any concerns or questions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery or a related field.
Current RN License (NH or Compact).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
