Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse in Cape Coral, specializing in Level 2 Maternal and Level 1 Nursery care. This position involves providing high-quality maternal care in a 24-bed unit, with responsibilities including assisting during labor, postpartum, and neonatal care, while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
Job Details
Position: Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse
Location: Cape Coral, responsible for care within a Level 2 Maternal unit and Level 1 Nursery
Requirements: 2 years of labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal (LDRP) experience; BLS, ACLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications; Degree accreditation must be on profile or applicant must have 5 years of experience; EMR: Epic
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
Floating: Floating rotation may be required, including to other sister campuses as needed
Submission: All demographic information including full address, email, date of birth, Social Security number, and RN license number must be uploaded at submission. Culture fit is important; travelers are expected to function as core staff.
