Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Gunnison, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Labor and Delivery Nurse (L&D) The organization is seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse to join the team in a role that involves providing comprehensive care to expectant mothers throughout the labor and delivery process. The position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including both night and day shifts, ensuring patient support from childbirth education to monitoring vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, and offering emotional reassurance. This role is essential to support the community's maternal healthcare needs. Job Details: Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, including night and day, with a total of 12 hours per shift Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours Start Date: 10/26/2026 End Date: 01/25/2027 Required Qualifications: No minimum experience; Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check required, valid certifications for labor and delivery nursing (specific certifications not provided) Preferred Qualifications: None specified Float: Float rotation may be required Additional Information: Please review all job description notes and meet certifications.
