Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 26, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN with an active CA RN license and NRP certification for a 13-week hospital assignment. Details Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment Uses EPIC EMR system Requirements Active CA Registered Nurse (RN) license required Current BLS and NRP certifications required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum 1 year of recent full-time L&D experience within the last 3 years Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred 5 years of recent L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred High-risk OB experience preferred Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates Licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending credentials not accepted American Traveler Job ID P- .
