Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 5x8 evening shift in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Provides hands-on patient care, daily living assistance, and support to the nursing team while working a consistent PM schedule with weekend coverage.Key Responsibilities:Provide hands-on care and daily living assistance to patients and residents.Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.Help patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.Take and record vital signs as directed.Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.Respond promptly to patient call lights and needs.Deliver compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards.Communicate effectively with nurses, other CNAs, and the healthcare team.Complete required documentation accurately and timely.Qualifications:Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationCompassionate and respectful patient-care abilityStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently while following facility and nursing instructionsComfortable working a consistent evening/PM shiftAvailability to work every weekendWillingness to complete facility onboarding and orientation requirementsPreferred Skills:Previous CNA or nursing assistant experience
