Travel Certified Nursing AssistantTravel Certified Nursing Assistant assigned to a PM shift in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The role provides 5x8 evening coverage, with every weekend required, ensuring reliable and compassionate care for residents.Key Responsibilities:Provide hands-on care and daily living assistance to patients and residents.Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.Help patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.Take and record vital signs as directed.Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.Answer call lights and respond promptly to patient needs.Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards.Communicate effectively with nurses, other CNAs, and the healthcare team.Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Qualifications:Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationAbility to provide compassionate and respectful patient careStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently while following facility and nursing instructionsComfortable working a consistent evening/PM shiftMust be available to work every weekendMust be willing to complete facility onboarding and orientation requirementsPreferred Skills:Previous CNA or nursing assistant experience
