Provide front-line supervision and administrative support for the location. Payroll/Billing
Conducts Safety Training/Orientations. Handles front line customer requests; identifies and elevates any customer issues if needed. Acts as a liaison between hourly workers and management. Quality Assurance. Maintains all attendance/vacation records for hourly employees
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting to Manager prior to distribution
SOX invoice reconciliation preparation for approval at the highest level
Recommends location process initiation and/or improvements needed
OtherAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
OtherFlexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge/experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment (e.g., shipping, receiving, inventory management, distribution or dispatch) intermediate preferred
Knowledge of warehouse, software applications, routing and dispatching software applications intermediate preferred
One (1) year or more Warehouse, Transportation, Logistics or a distribution environment required
One (1) year or more Experience in a customer service environment required
Knowledge/experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment (e.g., shipping, receiving, inventory management, distribution or dispatch) intermediate preferred
Knowledge of warehouse, software applications, routing and dispatching software applications intermediate preferred
