What You'll Do
Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a long term care setting.
Complete patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life.
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

Requirements
Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
Recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
