Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility.
Type of Facility: Nursing Home attached to hospital.
- # of Beds/Residents: 70, majority private.
- EMR: ECS
- Ratios: RN's: 1:20. LPN's 1:20. CNA's1:8.
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Dementia, frail, elderly, rehabilitation.
- Job Duties: Charting, assessments, charge duties, medications, clinical skills such as: IV's, caths, ostomy, etc.
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Elderly experience.
- Weekend Requirements: Every other unless specified.
- Holiday Requirements: Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment.
- Call or Standby Requirement: No on call.
- Floating Requirements: Yes.
