Job description
StoryPoint Group is hiring Travel LPNs to provide hands-on clinical support while also helping the Wellness Director manage medications, resident assessments, incidents, PCC compliance, and quality of care. We’re looking for nurses who want to be nurse leaders, not just medication passers.
We’re seeking professionals who can travel to sister communities in their cluster as needed and provide guidance to staff, while remaining accountable for the community where they work overnight.
