Job description
Modoc Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a travel contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families to deliver individualized nursing care.
The LVN will assess residents, administer medications, perform treatments, document care, respond to emergencies, and maintain infection control standards per facility policies.
