Mammo Tech needed asap for 13 weeksShift: Days, 5x8, or Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36Flu Vaccination is required for all travelers from November 1-April 1. Declinations/Exceptions are not accepted.ALL CONTINGENCY REQUESTS MUST BE ON THE SUBMISSION FORM Required Licensure: ARRT(R)(M) Required Certifications: BLS from AHA onlyGraduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program Preferred Certifications: Years of Experience: 1+ year in MammographyPreferred Skillset/Experience: QA/QCEquipment: GE Scrub Color: Black Any unacceptable attire: Anything but black scrubs EMR: EPICRequired Qualifications Mammography Technologist, Mammography Experience: 1 year Certifications: M-ARRT(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); R(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year References: 1 Reference in entire work history Flu Vaccination is required for all travelers from November 1-April 1.
