DescriptionAmerican Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with ARRT (M) certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience for a 4-week travel contract.
DetailsMammography unit within an academic medical center setting
Rotating 8- and 12-hour day and evening shifts
Primary shift is every other Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, with additional day shifts scheduled on a rotating basis
Schedule runs Monday through Sunday with no block scheduling
Must be open and flexible to a mix of shift lengths and days
Uses Hologic mammography units, Epic EMR, and Visage imaging system
RequirementsARRT (M) certification required
Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience required
Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable
At least two professional references from a manager or supervisor are required for consideration — one from within the past 6 months and one from within the past year of employment
SSN and DOB required for consideration
License required if applicable
Additional InformationCandidates holding a NY license will be considered with proof of pending licensure included
All employment gaps exceeding 90 days must be explained
Complete work history is required, including bed count, EMR, and facility type
Public transportation is not accessible in this area — a personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended
Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires between November and April
