Patterns Hiring is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Tuba City, Arizona.
Job Description & Requirements

***The pay mentioned is straight on W2 Without any Benefits and No Reimbursement will be done.***
-Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility.
-License and Certification: A valid, current, full and unrestricted Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or a territory of the United States.
Must have and maintain current valid certifications of the following throughout employment:
-Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
-Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
-Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation - TCAR within six months of hire
-National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS – NIH Stroke Scale must be completed within 6 months of hire
Patterns Hiring Job ID # . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
