Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Aug 10, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Medical Surgical (Observation) unit requiring 1 year of recent specialty experience and a NC or compact RN license. Details Medical Surgical unit with an Observation focus Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Requirements Active NC or compact RN license required Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted) Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Medical Surgical/Observation nursing No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, local candidates will not be considered One professional reference required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P- .
