Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Dothan, Alabama.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in an acute care setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Document patient information and care accurately using electronic medical record systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
May be expected to support scheduling needs of up to 48 hours per week based on unit demand
Required QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Alabama
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required prior to start date (submissions pending ACLS may be considered)
Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / SkillsExperience with Cerner electronic medical records system
Familiarity with travel nursing workflows and rapid onboarding processes
