DayOne Staffing, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Med Surg

Duration: 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel
Travel RN - Med-Surg - Pagosa Springs, CO
Shift: Day shift, 6:15 AM-6:45 PM
Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts per week
Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Med-Surg or Emergency Room experience
Travel Experience: Previous travel assignment required
License: Active Colorado or Compact RN license
Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
EMR: Cerner experience required
Responsibilities: Patient assessments, medication and IV administration, cardiac monitoring, patient education, care planning, and discharge coordination.
Additional Requirements: Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a hospital setting.
