GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg | Lebanon, NH | Contract Quick Look Weekly Gross Pay: $2,186 - $2,301 Shift: Nights, 12hr Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg in Lebanon, NH. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. As a Med Surg RN, you will be responsible for formulating individual care plans, coordinating and supervising patient care, and utilizing assessment data to identify patient needs. You will work with a diverse patient population, from pediatric to geriatric, within a 19-bed unit, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the care process. Key responsibilities include: Formulating and revising individual plans of care based on patient responses to treatment. Coordinating and supervising patient care as necessary. Organizing and prioritizing job functions effectively. Identifying patient care needs, including education and discharge planning. Recognizing and reporting abnormal assessment data, validating and revising expected outcomes. Accurately documenting all patient care activities, including wound assessments and medication administration. Delegating tasks to healthcare team members appropriately. Important notes for applicants: Travelers must be able to work the posted schedule as needed; shift accommodations will not be accepted. Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. Must work two blocks during the holiday season, including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered for this need. Additional details: Nurse to patient ratio: 1:5, possible 1:7 on nights.
