United Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Petoskey, Michigan.

Position: Med Surg RN
Schedule: 12-hour nights, 36 hours a week; every other weekend; no call
Experience: 2+ years straight med/surg - not float, not stepdown or telemetry; Level I or II trauma experience required; travel preferred
Required: Skills checklist completed within the past year; Michigan license verification through LARA and Nursys. References are not required
Unit: 60-bed medical surgical unit (Level 2 South / Level 2 Central) with mixed acuity - post-surgical cases, diverse medical conditions, trauma, stroke and inpatient hospice; fast-paced with an active unit-based council
Note: Strict three-strike attendance policy - three absences, or arrivals more than 20 minutes late, end the contract immediately, with documented communicable illness or hospitalization reviewed in the contractor's favor; McLaren full-time employees are not eligible
