Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in St. Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Candidates residing within 50–100 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced rate or may not be accepted. Applicants must have worked in this unit or setting within the past year to be considered for this position. Job Title Registered Nurse – Med Surg / Telemetry (Nights) Location Saint Louis, MO | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights (19:00–07:00) | Onsite | 20-Week Assignment Key Responsibilities Perform direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort Provide care for a mixed adult patient population (approximately 50% Medical / 50% Telemetry) Function within the scope of nursing practice consistent with established guidelines, including applicable state Nurse Practice Act standards Float as needed to a similar or lower acuity unit Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR Required Qualifications Current RN License — must meet eligibility criteria for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently hold a Missouri RN license BLS certification from AHA only ACLS certification from AHA only NIHSS certification required Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience Flu vaccination required for assignments running November 1 through April 1 (exemptions subject to client approval) Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with EPIC EMR Familiarity with standard Telemetry unit equipment and workflows Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on positive patient outcomes and superior communication Why Join Us Join a nationally recognized, award-winning acute care facility with a strong reputation for patient safety and quality care Expected weekly hours of 36 or 48 per week based on candidate preference, with every-other-weekend scheduling expectations and no on-call requirements Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID .
