PEL/VIP is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Macon, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele | Location: Macon, GA Assignment Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in MedSurg/Tele for patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role involves caring for patients with acute or chronic diseases, cardiac conditions, and post-surgical care. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment and time management skills, as well as experience in patient education and care coordination. Assignment Details Start Date: Not provided Shift Details: 3x12 Nights Assignment Length: Not provided Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2160 (negotiable) Charting System: EPIC (6 months experience required) Floating: Required to float to all Med/Tele units and ED for holds Orientation: 1 day facility orientation, 2 days departmental Responsibilities Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms Manage post-cath TR bands and groin sites Administer and manage drips, including insulin and heparin Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Execute discharge planning and patient education Qualifications Required: 2 years Med/Tele RN experience BLS certification Tele skills EPIC experience (6 months) Preferred: ACLS certification Certification in med-surg Job Type Travel/Local/Contract Benefits Not provided PEL/VIP Job ID .
