Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in Cleveland, OH, requiring a minimum of 18 months of permanent MS/Tele experience and an active Ohio or Compact RN license.
Details
Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
13-week contract
Requirements
Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required
NIHSS certification required prior to start date (must be willing to obtain)
Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required prior to any travel experience
One recent professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or Charge RN in the same specialty required for consideration
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required
Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months across any assignments at this health system's locations, and must wait a minimum of 6 months before beginning another assignment there
