American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Milton, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 27, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN with 2 years of recent acute care experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week night shift assignment. Details Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit (3 North) of a hospital setting Care for a wide variety of surgical patients with an overflow of medical patients 12-hour night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week Every other weekend required Floating required between all Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed Unit does not have tele techs; RNs are required to read and interpret their own telemetry strips Requirements Active MA RN license required in hand at time of consideration Current BLS and ACLS certifications required 2 years of recent acute Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Epic EMR experience required Must pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication tests (85% passing score, one attempt only, no remediation) prior to acceptance Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Additional Information Interpret and read own telemetry strips independently as there are no dedicated tele techs on this unit Must complete pass/fail dysrhythmia and medication testing via Zoom within 48 hours of confirmation COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions accepted Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6 months and in good standing to be considered Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates within this radius are not eligible American Traveler Job ID P- .
