General Healthcare Resources, Inc. seeks a skilled Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week Med/Surg Telemetry Orthopedic Spine assignment in Columbia, SC. You'll work on a 26-bed unit, handle post-operative spinal care, and document in Epic while floating to related areas as needed.
The position requires SC or multistate RN licensure, 1 year of Med/Surg Telemetry/Ortho experience, NIHSS/ACLS/BLS, and proficiency with Epic EHR. Start Oct 26, 2026; End Jan 25, 2027.
