Job description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications
Current, unencumbered RN license
Experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
Previous travel nursing experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and document patient condition and progress
Provide education to patients and their families on recovery, medication, and health management
Adhere to best practices, safety protocols, and facility procedures
