Desired Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license (state-appropriate or compact)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of one year recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Adaptability and a passion for working in new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and evidence-based nursing care on Medical-Surgical units
Administer medications, perform detailed assessments, and monitor patient progress
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families about ongoing health management
Maintain accurate documentation and support best practice policies
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time assignment with rotating shifts; flexibility required to support patient needs

$1,685 - $1,843/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
