Job Summary
Medical Surgical Nurse, MS, located in the region, is responsible for providing independent and comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a medical and surgical unit. The role involves managing patient assessments, treatments, medications, and education while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Job Details
Shift Time: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week
Education/Skills: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing; BLS certification (American Heart Association); RN license in the state of Texas or in a compact state; 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
Position Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring side effects, documenting care, assessing learning needs, and providing patient and family education.
Certification required: BLS (AHA)
Start date: 11/01/2026
End date: 01/30/2027
