Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (MS) This position is based in an unspecified location and involves providing direct patient care in a Medical Surgical (MS) unit. The role requires assessing, planning, and implementing clinical care for patients on a per-shift basis, with supervision of staff and support for high-quality, safe nursing practices.
Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid nursing license and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, delivering direct patient care, and supervising staff.
The role is accountable for supporting facility leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care and maintaining staff competency.
