Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurses are responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a community healthcare setting. This role involves supervising and coordinating care among nursing staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during nights shifts. The position requires critical thinking and adherence to established standards of care to promote healing and well-being.
Job Details:
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
Schedule: 36 to 48 hours per week
Start Date: 10/12/2026
End Date: 01/10/2027
Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required; facility-specific BLS certification required; EMR platform: Epic.
Required Experience: 0 years minimum, with 2.0 years experience in Medical Surgical with Telemetry preferred.
Additional Information: The role involves collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment information, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare team members. Participation in discharge planning and delegation are integral parts of the position to ensure seamless patient care.
