Job Summary
nMedical Surgical with Telemetry, located at the healthcare facility, is seeking a registered nurse to join their team. This position involves evaluating patients, assisting physicians with patient care, and developing individualized plans of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role demands a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
nJob Details
nnShift: Rotating; 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (x2), 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (x1)
nHours Per Week: 36 hours
nRequired Qualifications: ASN degree, current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications from the American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Telemetry certification, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), minimum of 2 years of prior RN experience working in a Medical Surgical with Telemetry unit in a major acute care hospital setting.
nPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
nAdditional Information: The RN will perform therapeutic nursing interventions, manage patient care, and document nursing activities in compliance with standards of care and practice. The role includes providing patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models and supporting the adoption of evidence-based practices.
