Job description
Gifted Healthcare in Cedar Grove, Tennessee is seeking Med/Surg Registered Nurses to provide bedside care, perform individualized assessments, and collaborate with physicians on treatment plans.
The role requires current RN licensure with Med/Surg experience preferred. Responsibilities include preparing equipment, administering medications, changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as needed. Night shifts (3x12) are described, with focus on patient safety and high-quality care.
