Responsibilities
Operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images.
Explain procedures to patients and position/immobilize them on the exam table.
Observe patients during scans under physician supervision.
Review computer‑generated images for quality and accuracy.
Implement safety measures, including use of protection devices, to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Qualifications
Valid MRI Technologist license.
No specific education or prior experience required beyond licensing.
Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts and meet a minimum of 36 hours per week.
