Job description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist for a 12-week day shift assignment requiring ARRT(MR) certification and 1+ years of recent MRI experience.
Requirements
ARRT(MR) certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience required
State license required if applicable
No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months
No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start
Responsibilities
MRI Imaging department serving both inpatient and outpatient populations
12-week assignment with day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Perform imaging studies on soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities with or without contrast media
Adjust imaging parameters under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
First-time travelers may be considered for this role
Candidates who worked at any Community Health Systems facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered
Requires a 50-mile radius from the facility; local candidates within this radius will not be considered
RTO requests must be less than 1 week
