Job description
American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a night shift position requiring ARRT certification and 2+ years of experience.
Requirements
BLS and ARRT certification required (license required if applicable)
ACLS preferred but not required
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Must be able to work independently
Critical thinking, flexibility, and adaptability required
Responsibilities
MRI unit with 1 GE 1.5T Discovery 450 scanner and 1 table
1:1 patient ratios
EMR system is Meditech
12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
No on-call requirements
Must be willing to work weekends and nights
13-week assignment
Perform MRI scans producing detailed images of internal body structures without the use of X-rays
Scrub color requirement is all black
Facility is accredited by the Joint Commission and designated as a Certified Primary Stroke Center
Facility has received a 5-star recipient rating for heart attack treatment for 11 consecutive years
Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
