Job description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a community hospital, requiring ARRT (MR) certification and NYS Radiologic Technologist licensure.
Requirements
NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
R.T. (R)(MR) certification through ARRT required
NYS Injection/IV Certification required
BLS certification required (AHA only accepted)
Two professional references from previous managers required for consideration
Responsibilities
166-bed community hospital setting
Covers outpatient, inpatient, and ED patient populations
Utilizes a GE 1.5T Artist MRI machine
Shift schedule is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Requires working every other weekend and holidays
Local candidates within 60 miles considered at a reduced rate
Prior Northwell/Nuvance Health employees subject to an eligibility review process before returning
Uses Kronos for timekeeping
