Job description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 3+ years of experience and ARRT certification in Radiology and MRI to provide diagnostic imaging services at a regional health center.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MRI procedures
Current ARRT certification in Radiology RT(R) and MRI (MR)
Current BLS certification from the AHA
Completion of radiology training from an AMA approved school of Radiology
Experience working with PACS/RIS systems, email, and general computer programs
State license required if applicable
Responsibilities
Diagnostic imaging department performing general MRI and MRA procedures
Assignment length of 13 weeks
3x13 hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 6:0 AM to 7:30 PM
Uses PACS/RIS system
Provides general MRI and MRA procedures to maintain optimal patient flow
Orientation occurs every 2 weeks
May accept COVID and flu vaccine exemptions with a completed declination form
Housing application must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to start date
Facility is located in a rural area with limited housing availability
