GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in St. Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg, Telemetry | St. Louis, MO | Contract Quick Look Weekly Gross Pay: $2,116 - $2,227 Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15) Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 18 weeks We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Med Surg and Telemetry for a contract position in St. Louis, MO . This role is ideal for RNs looking to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units as needed. Maintain patient ratios of 1:5-6 for days and weekends, and 1:6 for nights. Participate in weekend and holiday rotation obligations. Utilize lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanners (training provided).
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required. Current BCLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. IV start and Telemetry certification required. NIH certification preferred. No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract. Must be able to float to all medical units as needed. Additional Information: Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. Free parking available.
