Schedule: 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM start time)

92-bed Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in a major academic medical center
Advanced ventilation technology including Drager VN500, high-frequency oscillatory and jet ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and heliox therapy
Epic documentation system for streamlined clinical workflows
Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment supporting complex neonatal critical care
Opportunities to attend high-risk deliveries and manage surfactant administration
Work at a facility recognized as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures with regional Level I trauma center designation
Requirements:
Valid state Respiratory Therapist license
Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
Minimum 1+ year of Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU critical care experience
Demonstrated competency in high-frequency ventilation management (HFOV and HFJV)
Experience with surfactant administration and inhaled nitric oxide therapy
Ability to independently admit and manage ventilated patients in a Level 4 NICU setting
Proficiency with invasive and non-invasive ventilation devices including Bubble CPAP and high-flow therapy
