Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Neuro ICU Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Sep 21, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU position requiring 2 years of experience and current NIHSS certification. Details Neuro ICU unit with 18 beds 1:2 patient ratios, adjustable based on acuity Uses Epic EMR 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a Every other weekend required May float to the Neuro IMC unit Requirements Active VA or compact RN license Current BLS and ACLS certifications required NIHSS certification required CCRN, SCRN, or CNRN certification preferred Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience required Additional Information Holiday coverage required for every other holiday, including 1 major and 1 minor holiday Floor orientation consists of 2 shifts, with additional shifts available if needed Dress code requires navy blue pants with solid navy blue or white tops, and solid navy blue or white jackets American Traveler Job ID P- .
