Position: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse
Location: Downey, California
Start Date: 08/10/2026
Schedule: Nights shift; 12 hours per day; minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a neonatal care setting
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of California
Basic Life Support certification
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten (10) years
Additional Information: No billing string or winter plan needed
The position supports skills-based hiring and does not require a qualification assessment
