Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Oakland, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position located at the healthcare provider. This role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients in the intensive care environment. The position requires a qualified RN with the appropriate certifications and license, working predominantly during night shifts with a schedule of 12 hours per shift and a minimum of 36 hours per week. Job Details: Schedule: Night shifts with a duration of 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided, recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care (within the last ten (10) years). Additional Information: Position is scheduled to start on 11/02/2026 and end on 01/30/2027.
